The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

Application

ReelCash — the mobile app we provide

Company

The entity that operates ReelCash, referred to as "we," "us," or "our"

Personal Data

Any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify you as an individual

Usage Data

Data generated automatically by your interactions with the app — session length, features used, error events

Device

Any smartphone, tablet, or computer used to access ReelCash

Service Provider

A third-party partner that processes data on our behalf under a binding Data Processing Agreement

Advertising Identifier

A resettable, non-permanent identifier assigned by your OS for ad delivery (GAID on Android; IDFA on iOS)

You / User

The individual who installs and uses ReelCash

Information Collection

Recorded Automatically Each Session

Our systems capture the following data every time ReelCash is launched, without any action on your part:

• Network data — IP address, connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data)
• Device details — hardware model, OS name and version, screen resolution
• Mobile identifiers — GAID, ANDROID_ID, unique device ID
• Session telemetry — reels spun, cash earned per session, feature interactions, session duration
• Diagnostics — crash logs, error traces, and performance metrics
• Carrier info — mobile network operator name

Anti-fraud and Anti-Cheat

Use of Information

Every piece of data we collect has a specific, documented purpose. We do not use your information for anything beyond the following:

Data Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Sharing with third parties is limited to the following circumstances:

• Service Providers — analytics, cloud hosting, payment processing, and fraud-prevention partners bound by Data Processing Agreements
• Advertising Partners — Advertising Identifiers and device metadata shared strictly for ad delivery and attribution (see Section 11)
• Corporate Affiliates — entities under common ownership, each subject to this same Policy
• Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; you will be notified before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy
• Legal Obligations — in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government request; minimum data disclosed
• Safety and Rights Protection — where necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect user safety
• With Your Consent — for any other purpose you expressly authorize

Server Infrastructure & Analytics

Primary Endpoint

All ReelCash game data and analytics are routed through our primary infrastructure at:

This endpoint handles: game-state synchronization, reel outcome validation, reward calculation, anonymized usage analytics, and support routing. No personally identifiable information is retained within the analytics layer.

Endpoint Security

• All connections encrypted with TLS 1.2+
• Role-based access controls — only authorized staff may access raw data
• Data minimization enforced at every processing stage
• Scheduled penetration tests and vulnerability scans
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) executed with all third-party data handlers

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, one or more of the following frameworks grants you enforceable rights over your personal data. We honor all valid requests.

To exercise any right, email momo.talha1993@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will verify your identity and respond within the period required by your local law (typically 30–45 days).

Protection of Minors

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate consent, please email momo.talha1993@gmail.com without delay. We will investigate and permanently delete the data upon verification.

EEA users: the minimum age threshold for consent may be up to 16 in certain EU Member States. We comply with all applicable jurisdiction-specific age requirements.

Advertising Partners

ReelCash monetizes through the AppLovin mediation network. Data shared with advertising partners is strictly limited to what is necessary for ad delivery and measurement.

Ad Partner Privacy Policies

Data Retention

We follow a data-minimalism approach: personal data is kept only as long as it actively serves the purposes described in this policy.

• Active data is retained only for the duration required to fulfill the stated purpose
• Aggregated, fully anonymized usage analytics may be retained longer for product development
• Backup copies are purged on their normal rotation schedule, typically within 30 days of deletion
• Upon a verified deletion request, we purge your data within the timeframe required by your local law

International Transfers

ReelCash serves users globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country — including countries with different data protection standards.

We ensure equivalent protection through:

• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit across borders
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms for EEA/UK transfers
• Careful vetting of all hosting and processing partners for compliance with our security standards

Opt-Out Options

Advertising Personalization

Do Not Sell / Share My Data

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising (CCPA/CPRA), email momo.talha1993@gmail.com with subject line "Do Not Sell My Data." We process requests within 15 business days.

Push Notifications & Marketing Emails

Disable push notifications via Device settings (Settings → Notifications → ReelCash). Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any message we send.

Disclosure Requirements

Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Law Enforcement & Legal Process

We may disclose personal data when required by a valid court order, subpoena, regulatory directive, or other governmental request. We disclose the minimum data necessary and, where legally permitted, notify affected users.

Safety and Rights Protection

Disclosure may occur where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, or safeguard the safety of our users or the public.

Do Not Track Signals

Some mobile operating systems and browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals your preference not to be tracked across apps and services.

Because there is currently no uniform technical standard for how mobile apps must honor DNT signals, ReelCash does not alter its data collection or advertising practices in response to DNT signals at this time.

You can achieve equivalent privacy protection through the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 13 above — including resetting or deleting your Advertising Identifier and disabling personalized advertising directly on your Device. We will update this section if a standardized DNT response becomes legally required.

Data Protection Contact

Although ReelCash is not currently required to designate a formal Data Protection Officer (DPO) under GDPR, we have appointed a dedicated privacy contact to handle all data protection queries, rights requests, and regulatory inquiries:

EEA users may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in their Member State of habitual residence if they believe their rights under GDPR have been violated.

Third-Party Links

ReelCash may contain links to external websites or services operated by parties unaffiliated with us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external service you visit before submitting personal information.

Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law.

• Updates will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date
• For material changes that significantly affect your rights or our data practices, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect
• Your continued use of ReelCash after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
• You may request deletion of your data before accepting any material update if you disagree with the changes
